How much does Cozey shipping cost?
We always offer free shipping and free returns across the contiguous United States. No minimum is required.

What can I expect when my order arrives?

When your order arrives, you can expect multiple boxes left on your doorstep or in your apartment building depending on the number of modules you have. Each packed with part of your new comfort, we recommend bringing the boxes inside your home with a friend, but it is also possible to do it solo. Our tool-free assembly and detailed instructions make the setup a breeze.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your delivery details, reach out to us at support@cozey.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Can I schedule my delivery on a specific date?

While we can’t promise specific delivery dates, we can certainly postpone your shipment. If you need us to hold off on sending your order until you're ready, just let us know at support@cozey.com and we'll coordinate with you to find a suitable solution that fits your schedule.

Will you carry my boxes inside my home?

Our delivery partners will make sure your Cozey order reaches your door or building entrance. If you need help getting the boxes to your preferred spot inside, you might consider asking a friend for a hand. If solo is the way to go, the boxes are manageable for one person too.

Will my entire order arrive on the same day? 

Our network of shipping partners helps us deliver your order efficiently, though sometimes not all at once. If parts of your order play catch-up, don't worry. They'll be joining you shortly, and you can track their journey in your shipping confirmation email.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is with us, we get right to work. Items in stock are shipped within a few days. For those not yet ready, your order summary gives you an estimated timeline. We're all about keeping you informed every step of the way.
